  • Digital Public Services: to achieve a fully developed Electronic Administration is a key objective of Plan Avanza. The achievement of this objective directly applies to the rest of the plan’s objectives.
  • Digital Context: the existence of a safe broadband infrastructure, the digital age, and the availability of an offer of adequate contents online are the elements that establish the new digital context, as they are the necessary catalysts for the development of the Information Society.

The Plan Avanza (www.planavanza.es) is oriented toward achieving the correct use of TICs to contribute to the success of an economic growth model based on the increase of competitiveness and productivity, the promotion of social and regional equality and the improvement of the well-being and quality of life of citizens.
