General Conditions of Use of Agrega's web pages
The present legal notice reflects the general conditions that govenr the access and use of the website http://www.proyectoagrega.es, henceforth the website, owned by Red.es, public business entity appointed to the Secretariat of State for Telecommunications and the Information Societyof the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, with registered office at Pza. Manuel Gómez Moreno s/n, Edificio Bronce, 28020 Madrid and Taxpayer Identification Number: Q-2891006-E, constituted by virtue ofAdditional Provision Six of the General Telecommunications Law 11/1998, of the 24th of April, in accordance with article 55 of Law 14/2000, of the 29th of December regardingTax, Administrative and Social measures, expressly declared to be in force by the Sole Abrogation Provision of the General Telecommunications Law 32/2003, of the 3rd of November.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions
The use of this website involves the express and full acceptance of these general conditions in the version published at the moment at which the user accesses the site, regardless of the particular conditions that may be applicable to the specific services and contents of the website.

Red.es expressly reserves the right to modify the general and particular conditions at any moment. These modifications will come into force at the moment of their publication.

Owners of the contents of the website
The users acknowledge that the ownership of the elements, contents and services that are part of the website, as well as the structure, design and code of the latter, belongs to Red.es and third parties that are identified as the owners of such contents.

The users agree to respect all the rights that the current regulations grant red.es and third parties with as owners of the elements, contents and services that are part of the website (as well as the structure, design and source of the site) and, in particular, the intellectual and industrial property rights and other similar rights attributed.

Licence of use of the website and its contents
With the exception of what is specified in these general conditions and in the particular conditions of each service and/or contents red.es only grants the users with a personal licence for the access and use of the services and contents of the website.

This licence is personal and non-transferable.

The validity of the account created and any of the options contained on the site http://www.proyectoagrega.es is established until December of 2010. After that date we will proceed to remove all personal information, details and files belonging to the user which may still remain on the site.

The users of the website may only carry out a private and personal use of the contents of the latter.It is absolutely forbidden to use this website or any of its elements for commercial or illegal purposes

Conditions of Use of the Agrega Workshop node

The validity of the account created on the Workshop node is established until December of 2010. After that date we will proceed to remove all personal information, details and files belonging to the users present on the Agrega Workshop node.

The creation of contents by an authorised user on the Agrega Workshop node is subject to the following restrictions:

Any contents or files that the user may have inserted into the Agrega Workshop node is responsibility of the user in question.
Red.es as responsible both of the site http://www.proyectoagrega.es and the Agrega Workshop node, can not be held responsible for any files placed on this node by any user, or for the information contained in these files, such as non-licenced contents, offensive texts, inappropriate contents, reserving the capacity to remove any of the contents present on the Workshop node, that in the opinion of red.es, may infringe the intellectual property laws, data protection laws or that are not considered appropriate to be contained on the node in question.
The users of the Agrega Workshop node do not have the options of publication and sharing of the contents of their personal files. If a user wishes to publish or disseminate the objects created on this node, he or she must get in touch with the Agrega representative in his or her Autonomous Community to request access to the Agrega node in his or her Community.
Any sharing of the contents created by the users of the Agrega Workshop node via e-mail, facebook or social networks, is under the responsibility of the user, understanding that the sharing has been carried out besides the persons in charge of the Agrega Workshop node

Conditions for the use of distinctive symbols of the Agrega Project on the websites of users

Regarding the Agrega Project, red.es is the owner of the following distinctive symbols and links:

In order to disseminate the Agrega Project, Red.es grants a licence to the users of the site to incorporate and use these distinctive symbols only on their websites.

This licence is subject to the complete fulfilment of this section.

The distinctive symbols will appear on the website of the user in the same format as on this website. If the formats of the symbols on this website were to be modified, the user must adjust the presentation to this new format.
The users must follow at all times the instructions of red.es with regards to the format and/or the removal of distinctive signs when required.
It is totally forbidden to use distinctive symbols if the use in question may cause any damage to red.es, regardless of whether it is economic or not.
The users can never use the distinctive symbols that may lead the users of the user's website to understand that there is some sort of relation between red.es and the user and/or the user's website.
The website (and the information contained on the latter) where the distinctive symbols of red.es are to be inserted, must always:
- Comply with the laws in force, safeguard public order, public safety and national defence.
- Not threaten public health.
- Respect the dignity of persons, their fundamental rights and the principle of non-discrimination due to reasons of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance and the protection of youth and children.
- Not threaten the rights of third parties.

Only one link enabling the access to the home page of the website “proyectoagrega.es” is allowed. The link allowed can not reproduce the contents of the website neither totally nor partially.

Red.es is the entity responsible of the data file generated with the personal details provided by the users of this website.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December regarding the Protection of Personal Details, Red.es agrees to fulfil its obligation of secrecy regarding personal details and its obligation to treat these details with confidentiality. For these purposes, the entity will adopt the measures necessary to avoid modifications, losses and non-authorised treatment or access.

The aim of the collection and automated treatment of personal details is the management, provision, extension and improvement of user services, as well as the management of the information supplied in the applications of registration and press accreditation made by the users.

The users may exercise at any moment their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection, by sending a written statement to Red.es, together with a photocopy of their National Identification Document.

“Cookies”
The website http://www.proyectoagrega.es uses “cookies” (small information files that the server of the website sends to the computer of the person who accesses the page) when necessary for the correct functioning and viewing of the website on behalf of the user.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
Any possible conflicts regarding this website will be governed by the Spanish Laws and the Courtrooms of Madrid will be competent to solve such conflicts, therefore the users waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
