Usage license of the portal and of its content

Website users may only use its contents privately and personally. The use of the website or any of its elements for commercial or illicit purposes is strictly forbidden.

The use expiration date of the created account and any of the options contained in the http://www.proyectoagrega.es/  portal is established up to December of 2010. After this date, any personal information, data and files of the user which are present in the portal will be removed.

Usage Conditions of the Agrega Workshop node

The use expiration date of the account created in the Workshop node is established up to December of 2010. After this date, any personal information, data and files of the user which are present in the Agrega Workshop node will be removed.The creation of a content by one authorized user in the Agrega Workshop node is subject to the following restrictions:
The user will have full responsibility for any content and file that he/she was able to introduce in the Agrega Workshop node.
Red.es has responsibility for the http://www.proyectoagrega.es/ portal as well as the Agrega Workshop node, but it doesn't take responsibility for any file put in this node by any user, or for the information present in these files, such as non-licensed contents, offensive texts, inappropriate contents, reserving, however, the ability to remove any of the contents which are present in the workshop node which, according to red.es, breaks the intellectual property and data protection laws and is considered inappropriate for residing on such node. The agrega Workshop node user does not have the publication and sharing options for the contents which are present in his personal folder. If the user wants to publish or spread the objects created in this node, he shall contact the representative of Agrega in his autonomous community to ask for access to the Agrega node in his community. Any sharing of the contents created by the Agrega Workshop node users by e-mail, facebook or social networks is under the responsibility of the user, understanding that he does so independently from those who are responsible for the Agrega Workshop node
